Let's Investigate KS2
Over this half term, we would like you to complete a scientific investigation for your home-learning. Your teacher will give you an investigation sheet* to bring home and fill in with your method, your results and your scientific ideas. You can decorate it with photos, pictures and diagrams too. See the example sheet below.
Choose any Investigation that you would like to do! There are number of suggestions on this page.
Or, you can choose to investigate your own scientific question. Is there something you have always wondered about? Then investigate it! E.g. Why are leaves different sizes? Why does the Moon change shape?
This home learning is due on Monday 16th December. We can't wait to see your work. During the last week of term, your class will share home learning together.
*Some Year 5 and Year 6 children may wish to design their own investigation sheet. This is great and we would ask that you please use the same section headings. You can ask your teacher for a plain piece of A3 paper.
